Medical researchers are focused on trying to develop better methods of treating or preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Programs like this overnight one are essential for not only the patients but also their families, which as you said are often the primary caregiver. However, a recent study has shown that regular exercise could actually help prevent the Alzheimer’s. In particular, it seems like exercise could be very beneficial for people who possess a genetic risk for this illness.
