If once is good, then twice must be better! Western Health Home Care had such a great time this past April sponsoring the Carlsbad Senior Dance, we just could not pass up the opportunity to participate again! I mean, who wouldn’t want to hang out with a group of active Seniors who enjoy getting together for some laughs and share in the love of dance?!

Some came just to sit and listen to their favorite tunes played by the band, A Sound Investment, while others came for the sole purpose of dancing the afternoon away! Western Health supplied the refreshments, door prizes and other goodies… and although we had our table all set up, most of our time was spent actually on the dance floor interacting with these fabulous people!

Aside from coming out for some “good ole’ fashioned, clean fun”, we learned that many of these seniors choose to live a healthy lifestyle and utilize the monthly Senior Dances as a way to stay active and fit! It sure was great to see some familiar faces from April’s dance, along with some new ones, embracing the chance to get their blood flowin’ and hearts pumpin’ while enjoying each other’s company.
